"100 PEOPLE, 100 WONDERS"

The Tolerance Posters Show inspired and motivated the   Friends of Youth Association of Maribor   to organize a youth-oriented project in Maribor, Slovenia. On the International Day of Tolerance, the   Maribor National Liberation Museum   hosted a contest called "100 PEOPLE, 100 WONDERS" for the best slogan and posters to promote tolerance and acceptance of diversity. 765 slogans and 11 posters on the subject of tolerance were submitted to the competition. From these, a committee consisting of Kornelija Kaurin (Association of Friends of Youth Maribor), Uroš Dokl and Jan Malec Svetel (Museum of National Liberation Maribor) and Tanja Cvitko (cultural producer, Idea Box Association), selected the winners. They are currently displayed at the youngsters' exhibition at the Museum of National Liberation Maribor. We are expressing our gratitude to the young authors of the selected slogans and posters: Timotej Vališer, Lili Makuc, Til Trinkhaus, Ana Kovše, Idol Vrella, Mia Bratkov

Lecture "Symbols of Hate"

As a part of the celebration of the Day for Tolerance (November 16th), Europe House in Sarajevo organized a Tolerance Poster Show and invited me to give an online lecture "Symbols of Hate" on Wednesday, November 15th. The purpose of the lecture is to educate the audience about old and new symbols of hate used by different groups of Neo-Nazis, racists, and other bigots.   You can read more here about the Tolerance Poster Show and lecture in Sarajevo here .
