Tolerance Poster Show in Bucharest, Romania

On November 23th, the Tolerance Poster Show was displayed on the fence of the Arts Collections (Muzeul Colecțiilor de Artă) , in Bucharest. Posters will be on display until December 7th. You can see the video of the show here . This show was made possible by the relentless effort by Ovidiu Hrin in coordination with TypopassageTM , to whom we are very grateful.  

Tolerance Poster Show in Timișoara, Romania

I am very proud to announce that we just had the 100th show of Tolerance Poster Show.  The show opened in Timișoara, on November 16th as part of the celebration for the International Day of Tolerance . This show was made possible by the relentless effort by Ovidiu Hrin in coordination with TypopassageTM , to whom we are very grateful .   After the Neo-Nazi “attacks” on the Tolerance Poster Show in Zagreb, Croatia, it happened again. In response to the Tolerance Poster Show in Timisoara, Romania, members of the Orthodox Nationalist Populist party complained via social media, that the work was "corrupting our values”. https://www.facebook.com/mihailgeorgeneamtu/videos/10220243071441921/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSUBJFQz8V8… In particular, two posters were singled out, the works of Israeli artist David Tartakover and Romanian designer Benedek Levente. The Tolerance Poster Show in Turda, Romania

On Friday December 13th the Tolerance Poster Show opened at Fabrica de Timp Liber (former beer factory), converted into a comunity center. The show was hosted by Ratiu Democracy Centre , which is created to encourage and promote democratic values such as freedom of thought, tolerance and diversity. The show was a part of "(r)evolution" event featuring workshop on education and discussion on tolerance having as guest speaker Paul Mureșan, a well known Romanian artist  and outspoken gay rights activist. This show was made possible with the effort of Ovidiu Hrin, Ciprian Cucu and Ratiu Democracy Centre.

Tolerance Poster Show at Muzeul National al Unirii, Alba Iulia, Romania

On November 15th, the Tolerance Poster Show opened at  Muzeul National al Unirii , Alba Iulia, Romania.  After it closes on the November 29th, the show is going to go be exhibited in  Turda, Romania, at a school in Satu Mare. This show was made possible by the efforts of Ciprian Cucu.

Tolerance Poster Opening in Timisoara, Romania

The Tolerance Poster Show has officially opened in Timisoara, Romania, and the reaction was very positive. 5 different locations around the city showcased the posters in creative environments and lent itself well to visitors and photographs. Thank you to Ovidiu & Silvia Hrin and the volunteers at Typopassage TM for the hard work and putting immense effort into the show for citizens and visitors and more to see for themselves. Tolerance Posters in Bucharest at Romanian Design Week 2018

Last Friday, part of the Tolerance Traveling Poster show opened in Bucharest as part of Romanian Design Week 2018. The posters are presented in the hall leading up to the main event. Here's an excerpt from the press release for Romanian Design Week : "Romanian Design Week, the most important multidisciplinary event in Romania, at its sixth edition, will be held in Bucharest between 18-27th of May. The RDW program will present the current development status of local design and creative industries: architecture, urbanism, interior design, graphic design, illustration, fashion design, object design or any other initiatives and projects that use creativity as a main resource." This exhibition was made possible by the generous effort of Ovidiu Hrin  and Denise Benmosché.
