The Tolerance Posters Show inspired and motivated the Friends of Youth Association of Maribor to organize a youth-oriented project in Maribor, Slovenia. On the International Day of Tolerance, the Maribor National Liberation Museum hosted a contest called "100 PEOPLE, 100 WONDERS" for the best slogan and posters to promote tolerance and acceptance of diversity. 765 slogans and 11 posters on the subject of tolerance were submitted to the competition. From these, a committee consisting of Kornelija Kaurin (Association of Friends of Youth Maribor), Uroš Dokl and Jan Malec Svetel (Museum of National Liberation Maribor) and Tanja Cvitko (cultural producer, Idea Box Association), selected the winners. They are currently displayed at the youngsters' exhibition at the Museum of National Liberation Maribor. THE TOLERANCE PROJECT has brought a message of social acceptance to over 400,000 people in 46 countries. Founded by artist-activist Mirko Ilić, this initiative showcases posters designed by artists from around the world.
